ACCORDING TO A WITNESS THE WOMAN USED THE KNIFE TO CUT HERSELF OUT OF  THE SEAT BELT THAT SHE COULDN'T GET OUT OF NOT TO HARM HERSELF OR ANYONE ELSE.
