Tony Centrino's performance as the wrongfully convicted death row inmate offers viewers a realistic glimpse of the mental deterioration and frustration faced by someone in this unfortunate and horrible situation. Producer 3-60 Tha Mack delivered the finishing touch by producing a hard-hitting beat for the song that emphasizes the anguish expressed through the song's lyrics.
