Toronto Mayor Rob Ford's cocaine-and-alcohol scandal is taking a back seat to a new cocaine scandal here in the US on Wednesday, when Rep. Trey Radel (R-Fla.) pled guilty to possession of cocaine. Radel was arrested in Washington, DC after purchasing cocaine from an undercover Drug Enforcement Agency agents during a sting operation. The Tea Party congressman co-sponsored legislation to end national mandatory minimum sentencing laws for drug crimes, but also voted for a bill that would ask states to perform drug tests on food-stamp recipients. RT's Meghan Lopez takes a look at Radel's sentence and other details that came out during his guilty plea.
