Well, sort of.
The two fighters are featured in a new promotional video for All Balls Brawl 1. The event series, which debuts Sunday, is an intriguing offshoot of MMA introduced by colleghumor.com.
So why did Cavalcante, a veteran lightweight who competes for Strikeforce, want a fight against Florian, a UFC featherweight?
"When I was fighting in the cage, all I could think was how much I want to cut this [expletive] and kick my opponent right in the stupid balls," Cavalcante said. "That's how I joined the ABB."
For Florian, the all-nutshot promotion provides a release.
"In the ABB, I feel free," he said. "I get to experiment with all kinds of cutting-edge techniques. I can push my testicles to their limits."
The winner of Sunday's fight is expected to get a title shot with current ABB champion Cheick Kongo.

Also, don't forget you can see both fighters in real action soon. Cavalcante (15-4-1 MMA, 0-1 SF) meets Lyle Beerbohm (16-2 MMA, 3-2 SF) next week at "Strikeforce and M-1 Global: Fedor vs. Henderson," and Florian (15-5 MMA, 12-4 UFC) challenges UFC featherweight champ Jose Aldo (19-1 MMA, 1-0 UFC) in October at UFC 136.
